AAFA St. Louis Chapter
The AAFA St. Louis Chapter serves the city of St. Louis and the counties of St. Louis, St. Charles and Jefferson. We also serve Madison and St. Clair counties in Illinois. We provide children with asthma and allergies life-saving medications, equipment, education and support. Our flagship program, BREATH (formerly Project Concern) was created to help fulfill that need.
Our chapter played a key role in passing laws allowing school nurses to keep rescue medications on-hand for children with asthma. We now offer nebulizers, tubing, spacers, peak flow meters and asthma rescue medication to eligible schools in our area.
